Clinicians and clinical staff scan the patient using an iPad or supported 3D scanner, capturing foot geometry, photos, and video for gait analysis. Digital prescriptions are reviewed and finalized within the platform, manufactured through our controlled production process, and delivered ready for fitting — reducing manual steps and turnaround time.

Our solutions support a wide range of clinical needs, including plantar fasciitis, diabetic foot care, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, pediatric orthotics, and complex biomechanical cases.

Most clinics are onboarded within 1–2 weeks, including staff training, workflow setup, and test cases. Enterprise hospital deployments may vary based on scale and integration requirements.

Our digital workflow enables clinicians to submit detailed prescriptions, clinical notes, and modification requests directly within the platform. Complex or non-standard cases are reviewed collaboratively by our clinical and production teams prior to manufacturing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

We also offer an Ask a Podiatrist consultation service, allowing clinicians to connect with our in-house podiatry team for case review, prescription guidance, and clinical support when needed.
